Here's the Camping and Caravanning Club's tour map. We're joining their tour, of course, as we've been on quite a few adventures with them and we reckon it's a great way to travel with like minded adventurous types.

We're heading through Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany to spend 10 days or so in Poland before joining the tour on the 26th May. We plan to visit Poznan and then Gdansk, staying at Sopot to explore the area.

We'll work out the rest during the trip...
